It was unbeatable close to many supermarkets. Staff was excellent, helped us with everything.

The people working there are excellent and friendly, have a big heart.

I liked very polite and polite employees.

Check-in was early. Beds were nice and it had kitchen. There was a walk-in shower...

The apartment is conveniently located close to the city center, offering easy access to supermarkets and good restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious balcony providing a beautiful view of the canal and Burj Khalifa. Additionally, the apartment had all the necessary facilities for a self-catering stay.

There were issues with locating the apartment upon arrival, but the overall experience made up for it.

The location is marvellous, situated close to many supermarkets.

Had a great time swimming in the sparkling pool, working up a sweat in the fitness center, and enjoying the lovely terrace. Oh, and the continental breakfast was totally worth waking up for.

Who doesn't enjoy treasuring the unpredictability of no hot water and getting dropped off at the wrong location? Pure bliss.

I had a wonderful stay at Unlock Waters Edge in Dubai. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony. The view from the balcony was fine, overlooking the canal and Burj Khalifa. The location was perfect, not far from the airport and city center. The receptionists were very kind and helpful, and there was a 24/7 shop and pharmacy nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Dubai.

the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the entire place was impeccably clean. the Unlock team was amazing, always checking if everything was okay and ready to help. the location was also great, with facilities and a beautiful walking area with lots of restaurants nearby.
